Oh how the ground beneath my feet quakes.
Cry aloud to sun, arms outstretched.
Waves breaking on tired cliffs.
The radiant glow of the sun blotted by clouds.
Oh, hear me cry aloud.
Call forth the storm.
Bring forth the maelstrom.
Take me home.
Steal me away and tear me asunder.
The lineament of her face, so natural,
As the air I breathe.
Her luminous glow ever bright within my heart.
Oh how I yearn for her light.
Oh, hear me cry aloud.
Call forth the storm.
Bring forth the maelstrom.
Take me home.
Steal me away and tear me asunder.
Hear me now, keepers and guardians.
I will come for thee.
For wrongs must be made right.
What fear do you hold to exile?
The ground begins to heave as if to cast me out.
Hope and wander now lost to the tide.
Forsaken am I.
In my journey shall i die?
All hope and wander are lost to the tide.
Oh how I beg for the escape, I cry aloud.
The ancients of aeons ago.
Bring me home.
Deliver me unto her grace.
Cloud breaks over the horizon, marring its beauty. Darkening all around, extinguishing the rays of the sun. Waters below growing dark with rage .
Take me in!
Oh, hear me cry aloud.
Call forth the storm.
Bring forth the maelstrom.
Take me home.
Steal me away and tear me asunder.
A violent rage opens below.
Calling me forth.
I can hear her voice call to me.
Come with me, oh gentle wind.
Hear me now, keepers and guardians.
I will come for thee.
For wrongs must be made right.
What fear do you hold to exile?
Oh! How I feel the wind passing through me.
The biting cold that rips and tears at my seams.
Alas the storm!
Alas the storm!
Fantastic album, which over the years has become IMPOSSIBLE to find (the 2006 version) - even to pirate it! It's great to have this, but I have one complaint: the 2006 version of Invisible Kingdom had one of my favorite guitar solos ever, and it's just not anywhere near as good or compelling on this version. A real shame. Still quite glad to have this. Please release Psychotic Sculpture and Beyond the Cursed Eclipse on BC! Archmage Orladin
Melodic Death Metal from Germany & New Zealand. Incredible melodies that hook you in & never let you go! This is such a fun listen! It just gallops through & - before you know it - you are at the end & just dying to hit that repeat button once again! No bests! You need every song here! Highly recommended!!! bmurator
